Lemon Detox Diet

The Lemon Detox Diet is becoming very popular these days because many health experts and doctors claim it provides a variety of health benefits as well as helping you lose weight.  Its ingredients are easily available at a much lower cost than most types of detoxification diets, but like most diets you need to be aware that it requires discipline and determination to be successful.  Stay away from caffeine, junk foods, and other unhealthy products which may lessen the effectiveness of the diet.

Be aware of the fact that it is really precarious to jump into normal food soon after the detox diet.  So after this rigorous diet, you will have to gradually increase your normal food intake, start with fruit juice and lighter food intake.  It is best to consult your medical practitioner before you delve into this, or any diet.
