Grilled hake, baby potatoes and salad
When you shop for hake make sure to choose the petite hake fillets. I have found that the bigger fillets are more difficult to grill and takes much more time.

Ingredients:
2 hake fillets
1 tablespoon avocado oil
Fish spice
6 baby potatoes
Salad of choice (see the salad recipes in the end of this book)
Instructions:
Boil the baby potatoes in water for about 10-15 minutes or until soft. Make the salad(s) of your choice. Heat the grill of the oven. Place the hake in an oven proof pan. Pour over the avo oil and smear the fish with it and season with the fish spice. Grill the fish on one side for 7 minutes, turn and grill on the other side for another 7 minutes. Serve the fish with the potatoes and the salad.
